After our initial phone discussion about your home and the staging process, we will set-up a time for Mairin to visit in-person.*
During the walk-thru, Mairin will rearrange and style your home along with you (up to 3 hours). If additional work needs to be done by the home owner after the visit, Mairin will develop a guide for the finishing touches. This plan allows you to make the necessary changes before the photoshoot and listing. All this information will come together in a digital binder - you will have everything you need at your fingertips, accessible anytime. All Mairin asks is for pictures of the space when it comes to fruition!
NOTE: Additional services such as concept boards, floor plans, and shopping services are available for an additional fee.
The guide/homework may include:

• Suggested updates and repairs
• Decluttering
• Decorating suggestions
• Paint color suggestions
• Movement of larger/heavier furniture

Within one week from delivery of digital binder, this service also includes:

• Email or phone follow-up support during regular business hours.
• One year access to client web portal.

After purchasing the package, you have 90 days to make it happen before the package expires.
*If you prefer e-design, Mairin will set-up a time to walk through via video conference. This is great option for clients during the pandemic as well as clients from a distance.
